At FurnitureMe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our return and refund policy below for information on how to return or exchange your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. This means you may return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after this period.

To begin a return, please contact us via email at support@furnitureme.co.uk and include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must:

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all parts and labels intact. Returns showing wear, damage, or missing items not due to FurnitureMe are not accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@furnitureme.co.uk with your order details.
  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you step-by-step return instructions and the correct return address.
  • Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
  • All returns must be shipped back to us; we do not offer in-person returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or damaged items: FurnitureMe will cover the return shipping cost.

Other returns (e.g., change of mind or ordering error): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Do not accept visibly damaged packages.

Contact our support team immediately, and we’ll arrange a free return label and send a replacement item promptly.

Return Label

For defective or damaged items, we will email you a prepaid return label.
Simply download, print, and attach the label to your return package.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To exchange an item, please email support@furnitureme.co.uk.
The fastest way to get your replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. 

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval and you still haven’t received the funds:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company — processing times may vary.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@furnitureme.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to investigate.
